1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoRS ("the Service"), operated by SOMA Intelligence ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoRS is a social media automation platform that enables users to schedule and publish content to connected social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others. The Service uses official APIs provided by each platform.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts via OAuth authorization. By connecting an account, you authorize AutoRS to access and publish content on your behalf through the permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time through your connected accounts settings or through the respective platform's settings.

AutoRS accesses only the permissions explicitly requested and necessary for the Service to function. We do not access, store, or use your social media data beyond what is required to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SOMA Intelligence and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create or publish through the Service remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be published without delay or failure on third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOMA Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
